No shit, void said if windows was pure ASM it would be faster... ROFL
Linux = pure C and its faster than windows and windows has ASM, You do the math folks.

Linux is a kernel.
You're comparing apples, to truck tires.

Do you even understand how an OS works?
Look up kernel bud. Windows have one too.
Here let me help you. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kernel_(computer_science)
Might be useful to learn shit instead of hacking and exploiting. Might help ya a bit.

Please reread your previous posts, and hang your head in shame.
How can you compare a kernel to the entirely of an OS?

Seems I didn't get my point across in the first post. So here, I'll use fancy BB code formatting to emulate "shouting".
crayzbeef, shut the fuck up.
Why? Windows is an entire OS, Linux is a kernel. They are not the same thing. An operating system has a kernel, it isn't the kernel (oh man, I want some chicken). Finally, as I previously stated, most of the time is spent loading resources off of the hard drive, and has nothing to do whether or not C or ASM was used (though, the methodology of the loading process will affect the speed, but has nothing to do with the language used).
Christ; you would think that after informing you that you suck cock, you would of taken it out of your mouth. Don't argue a subject that you clearly have no foundation in.
Some people just don't learn.

Anyways, you should use Oberon.

pointless arguing which is faster, even if you were the most efficiant coder in all of them, the fact still remains, raw code ASM will always be faster, since every other language needs to revert back to ASM at runtime.
For every language you use, you would likely use a Function, which is essientially, hard code examples.
For every function to be executed, would require, backtracking to another run time file or whatever, that stores what that function entales and taking up more memory usage, more time processing.
its like ASM < C < Macro programs
Think about it, the more user friendly code is, the longer it will take when executing code.

One good way to go about it is to code in C and replace the time-critical portions with hand coded assembly. Modern compilers are much better at optimization than humans in most cases, only at times do you really want to force the assembly to be a certain way, and only when you really know what you are doing.

Exactly. If I look at how C++ generates my code, it's much faster than what I had in mind if I would've done it in ASM myself.

| Code a gg bypass in ring0, aka kernel mode. It's more effective than any bypass in ring3 nowadays.
