Im having problems getting DSL to work on my laptop. I cant get a router yet so i want to use the DSL i use on my computer (vista) on my laptop (XP)
After i put in the ethernet cable into the laptop, Nothing happens T_T. I changeed alot of settings, made new settings and everything.. Does anyone here know how to connect to the internet through DSL on a XP laptop?

You need to create a new internet connection using the wizard.

Your connection requires a user and pass to connect to the net.

Just follow the wizard [you use a PPPoE connection] and input your user and pass for your net where required.
