What's the point of making a .NET, unprotected, CrackMe?
You can just decompile and run it, see the result...

then all you have to do is just unpack it and decompile it... so it's still a piece of cake.
I, personally, hate .NET... everything throws an exception, it's slow, no access to the memory, all methods do like 1000 things that you don't need which makes it even slower...
Well, the string class and such are pretty good, but they're easy to make and can be easily made in C++, but for doing other stuff I'd use APIs instead of .NET classes and methods.

Crackme's is for crack, not for unpack
