That is not even a graphic card it's a mini-wireless card for laptops.

Changable graphics for laptops uses the MXM module, but their really difficult to find.

I have a new laptop now, but I miss my old Inspiron 9100. That's the one they built with PC-rated parts? Ran hot as hell, but you could upgrade the video card from the Radeon 9700 to a 9800, like the XPSs.
