That wont help, not even little.
First of all, most viruses is not viewable in the process watcher (its easy to hide, ieven I can) also they autorestart, most viruses name itself to a system process.

Ok do like this, start up in safe mode (search at google), run spybot seach and destroy.
After that, run your antivirus and scan it.

Remember ONLY run those 2, NOTHING OTHER!
Running anything other could fuck up your computer because its very veunrable when its in safe mode.
