The fap off of nov 2008 on cef.
The Rules:
you must not fap.
The winner is decided by who can go the longest without fapping.
This is done by the honor system.
and online sayin "Fap" is considered to be fapping and your out of the fap off.
the current time is 8:49pm on the east coast or 5:49 pacific this is when it start and from now on the rules are in effect.
