without fan, temp is 30C with fan its a cool 24C

Yuki, I think you're confused on your terminology.

Intake: fan pulling in air, obviously.
Exhaust: fan pushing air out
Heatsink: the chunk of metal with fins that dissipates heat off of a chip.

I feel like I'm stating the obvious here but you're making it sound like you think a heatsink is an exhaust fan.

Back on topic, if you're referring to putting like a window fan or something of the sort against your computer, that shouldn't cause any problems unless something falls inside of course. But your temps all look very low, and it seems unnecessary.

I would leave the case together and everything normal, unless the temps get too high, which it doesn't look like they will from the Speedfan screenshot you posted.

Correct me if im wrong but if you let a fan suck the hot air out, it isnt called a heatsink. Its just a fan
A heatsink is that big metal thing that's on your processor
