More info...what are you trying to install? What OS? Admin priviledges? (i'm sure you have those..)

Call Of Duty 5.
Vista Ultimate.

well, i already removed it using Windows Install Cleaner and manually removed the folder, uninstall entries and registry entries too.

but i'm not sure it's completely removed but oh well.

Also did you buy it, or was it warez?
If it was warez an unproper installfile might made this mess.
