Which card should I use? Should I use the PCIe ATI X300 or the AGP nVidia 6600GT? I don't want this thread going into crap, just an answer and why.

The 6600GT is faster. With low-end cards like those the AGP interface won't even come close to being a bottleneck, but you of course need to get the one with the correct interface for your system.

Or you might want to consider buying a new gpu
