what the ultimate winner between jetway geforce 7300 gt and hightech x1650 pro
pros and cons?

The x1650 wins because the 7300 is pure crap. But why? These are 1-2 years out of date, and much better can be had for the price.

depending on what your current computer specs are, its hard to reccomend anything. but if you go with any of the cards you just stated, its not a good idea. they're very outdated and many of the newer cards perform much better.

you must be able to afford a good one
and if u say my ones are bad at least offer a better one

hmm of all the newer cards, i'd recommend the 4850 for the best price for performance, but with the computer you got there, it'd only bottle neck it. if you really need a card for that computer though, i'd say get the 8600 GT
