I download the program, (I'm trying to install Photoscape right now)
I double click the install icon, and it doesn't do anything, it makes the mouse change into the busy icon, but that's it, after that it doesn't go into installation or anything

Any help?

Also check make sure antivirus / firewall isn't denying it access.

XP, and I made sure that fire-walls aren't blocking anything, or anti-virus.
I know this sounds noobish, but SS? Please explain
