whenever i reboot my pc, windowsblinds changes to the xp theme instaid of the one i was using.
how do i fix this?

I think you don't have a patched uxtheme.dll? Well, use Google if you want the patched uxtheme.dll, and follow the instructions provided, I'm sure it's just replacing the existing uxtheme.dll and therefore overwriting it.

windowsblinds dosent need that. it was working fine a while ago.

Yes, it will run on any OS (as far as I know).
Tho you will need steam to use it.
