I'll rather go with a quad, but your budget isn't possible.

-$30 for a OEM dvd drive?! Pathetic!
Shave a few dollars off with a lite-on oem drive.

-22" is monitor nice and all, but you can save a few more here if you have
gone with a 19".

-Processor is fine for your build, stick to it.

-Go with a better motherboard like one from Asus, Gigabyte, or MSI.

-Case: Not too fond of those bling bling types, but if that's what you like, then go for it.

-Graphics: The HD4850 or the cheaper version HD4830.

I Agree about the monitor, 22" was a bit much for me, just got a bit carried away. Ill go with a 19"
lol
Would you have any suggestions for Motherboards or dvd/cd drivers?

The other users here already provided some good motherboard choices.

Go with a P45 based ATX board.
As for optical drive, just go with Lite-ON.

Ok cool, ill be looking into everything you guys suggested.
Just wondering, once i get all the stiff, how hard is it to actually put everything together? I took apart one of my really old computers (around windows 9Cool and put it back together with almost no problems. Just wondering if it would be any different.
Thanks again!

Just a question, what is the difference between the Micro and non Micro Motherboards?
And thanks for all thew help guys!

Micro is smaller, this means:
- only 2 ram slots
- not good at overclocking at all
- few pci slots
- no CF / SLI
