Ok so i am looking to build my own decent gaming/video editing computer.
Well, thats the only things i will really be doing with it.
Seeing as i am only 16, i am limited on cash, i made a list of stuff a while ago and the price all worked out for me, but i looked at it a few days ago and mos of it has been discontinued, so i looked around again for some stuff and got a good list together. Only the price shot up a few $100.
So now im looking for help as to where i could shave off some cash, so any help would be nice.
Heres the list:

$ 40 Case: XION Solaris XON-403 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811208009

$120 CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E7200 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115052

$ 80 Motherboard: Intel BOXDQ45CB http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813121357

$ 35 Memory: G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231098

$ 70 Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148139

$ 41 Power Supply: Thermaltake TR2 430W http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817153023

$ 30 Disk Driver: Pioneer Black http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827129023

$180 Graphics Card: GeForce 9600 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130363

$170 Monitor: Acer X223Wbd Black 22" http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824009145

Oh and i would like to stay around $600 range.
Thank You!

Ok I got some suggestions:
First of all, why take a micro atx when you buy a atx chassi?
Take this instead, very good to clock and crossfire.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128358
Also here, change the PSU.
Take the deal the ocz 700watt, i was going to suggest a 450watt/550watt corsair but then there was that good deal.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341018
(just look down a bit)

Also GPU, take the one dest said.

For the HDD, take this instead, fast, bigger, quiter, same price.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148288

And monitor i dunno about.

And ram would be fine.

THo i would suggest for CPU if you can afford a E8400.
VERY good cpu.

Wtf is it with you and micro atx motherboard.
Take a regular ATX (NOT micro) instead.
Faster, more ram slots, more stable.

I would suggest you to pay a little more and get the combined price for

Original price: $266.98
Discount: -$40.00
Combo Price: $226.98

If you don't want to then I suggest you to buy a corsair 450watt.
(it will be the same price because you get -40$ discount with the combo deal) and its a very good motherboard, also very good at overclocking.

Got one myself.

Also good not like any difference.
I wouldn't take the cheaper motherboard if I were you.

The HD is slower (lower cache).

PSU good, but the other offer is better.

GPU good but the other one better/the same with a nicer price.

Unessesry expensive ram.

Less than $11 a gb is expensive ram? Well, fuck.

140gb extra > milliseconds of difference.

Fuck Sapphire and their 'shorter' PCB that uses cheaper parts. They don't even cover the ram with their retarded heatsink.

I'd rather a fantastic PSU than one with bigger numbers.

I also like corsair alot better but I have a friend with ocz and its also works great.

and 78/4 = 19,5
Right?
That means 20$ / GB, and I thought he was only going to use 2gb.
Because of 32bit.

Between 16mb cache and 32mb cache its ALOT more then a few ms.
Really depending on what you do.

I'd say the sapphire version is good. Bought it to many builds and it works great. I don't know about the other card thats why Im saying like that.

And I know, a 700watt could be worse then a 500watt.
Really depends on ampere.

The difference between 16MB cache and 32MB cache is absolutely nothing.

Where did he say he was using a 32-bit OS.

I'll rather go with a quad, but your budget isn't possible.

-$30 for a OEM dvd drive?! Pathetic!
Shave a few dollars off with a lite-on oem drive.

-22" is monitor nice and all, but you can save a few more here if you have
gone with a 19".

-Processor is fine for your build, stick to it.

-Go with a better motherboard like one from Asus, Gigabyte, or MSI.

-Case: Not too fond of those bling bling types, but if that's what you like, then go for it.

-Graphics: The HD4850 or the cheaper version HD4830.

I Agree about the monitor, 22" was a bit much for me, just got a bit carried away. Ill go with a 19"
lol
Would you have any suggestions for Motherboards or dvd/cd drivers?

I recommend a better motherboard something that supports overclocking and PCI-E 2.0. Here compusa is having a christmas sale and they're selling a gaming gateway computer really cheap, the processor is good and the video card is a monster! Plus a TV Tunner =)
