i don't come in here often enough. however, i tried to PM today and there seems to be some sort of new rules or limit that affects user's ability to PM. i used to be able to PM before. can someone advise?

I think if you have more then one account you have pm problems.

your right, but if they have another account you will get a pm problem as well.

only when the original account was banned at the time of account creation. (and that also adds the 'only visible in random spam' punishment with it)

So if the original account is banned at the time of account creation, do both get the "only visible in random spam" punishment, or which gets it?
