i registered on the 27th (its 13days and counting)
i have over 20 posts (55+)
i have never been warned because i dont like to spam or flame.
i have never been banned.
i know all the rules.
( i read monkeys guide and i still dont understand)

EDIT BOUT NEW QUESTION:
1. is name change possible cuz i see people talking bout it.
2. how is it possible to have a rank called ":3"

To make a custom rank you have to be a moderator or higher.
