				| My internet screws up whenever I try to download a file 5mb+. It will just shutdown my internet and I have to go to Network Connections then disable/re-enable my internet and start downloading again. I have to do it at least 5 times b4 I can download the file.
But now for some reason whenever I go to do it, it says:

'It is not possible to disable the connections at this time. This connection may be using one or more protocols that do not support Plug-and-Play, or it may have been initiated by another user or the system account.'

So now I have to go to Control Panel, System, Hardware, Device Manager, Look for my thing and disable/re-enable it....

How can I re-eneable the option to disable it from Network Connections?

From experience it can either be your internet provider or a virus so try to just unplug internet wait about 2 minutes plug it back in and then try your download and if it fixes it the grats but if it doesn't best bet would be to scan your computer.

From my current knowledge of regedit I do not believe so but it might be an network option or something.

				| If you have one of those starter internet providers they can have limitations on downloading like 5GB per week or per month shit. Check with your ISP _________________
