whats a good headset with a mic, i dont want crazy perfect sound quality, i just dont want it to suck so i can play games with a clear sound and a decent mic.

i don't personally use own one, but i've heard logitech headsets are decent.

Bought a fairly standard Logitech one about a year and a half ago for $30 AUD, still in perfect condition. I would recommend Logitech above any others just from experience.

thers a sale on a logitech one on NCIX for 9 dollars.. original 20-30 dollars i think. it seems like a good deal but i dont know if its good quality

The Creative Fatal1ty is $45 CAD. Not too much, not too little. It's really good, I used to use it.

On a side note, has anyone tried the Razer Barracuda HP-1? I'm thinking of buying it [sorry for thread hi-jacking ><]

If you have a corded Xbox 360 controller, you can hook it up to your computer then put the mic in it and it goes pretty well. That's what I use anyways

Creative Fatality's sound quality is total shit. You're paying for the name if you go with that.
