I think it's romantic, but wouldn't it better if you went up in person and say to her shown poem with a rose in your mouth? I think it's more suitable and lovely.

If this girl you know in person, then go ahead and say out the poem to express the feelings you feel for her.

If in the internet, I'm not sure.
