I currently reformatted, and just got it back today. What's the best Anti-Virus, that I should use?

Would be Avira Antivirus! (low resource)

Combined with Commodo Firewall = GOD

Commodo Antivirus is really good except for it's high resource usage.

I'm using Avira AntiVir (Free edition) since years and I'm fine with it.
For Spyware: Spybot Search & Destroy.

AVG 8.0 Free is gr8! i used it b4 i got Trend Micro, which cozt money but is almost the same as AVG,

go with AVG, you cant go wrong with it!
