Okay so, I had Windows Installer.
It wasn't working, so i uninstalled it and tried redownloading others and reinstalling.
None of them worked and i basically tried all of them.
Ive restarted my computer like 20times, tried system restore.
I don't want to reformat because this will waste my download limit and ive already reformatted like 7times in the past 2weeks, So can anyone help?
Windows Installer is basically the thing that makes me install stuff.
Which is why i cant install Maplestory.
But anyways, can someone please help?

what's the error? saying "doesn't work" doesn't really help much...

It said i didn't have a windows installer thing, i cant quite remember the error message coz i deleted ms setup.

have you tried redownloading windows installer 3.1? this sometimes happens when i format a computer, but once i install it everything works fine. and i'm assuming that you're running xp?

It installed but it doesn't work.
Windows Installer doesn't even show up in Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs.

it doesn't show there for me either... try and install maple story now, it should work and if it doesn't i doubt it's because of windows installer.

SF's completely right, you're depending on the same program, which many people are having problems with anyway. maplestory wouldn't have been the only .msi you've installed so maybe you're blaming the wrong thin.
if all fails just download the actaul files from the MS section, that way you won't need to mess with the installer.
