kk i hope it works, do you have a x64 bit OS?? I've had this problem on those about 3 times now and never had it on my laptop which is Windows Pro x84(x32)

Dude they don't shut it down cuz you download 40gb, I download over 1.7TB/month and I havn't been shutdown yet.

have you tried Disk Clean-up? According to my dad it solves all his internet problems. Disk Clean-up is on your system already dont try to download it lol

I been having the same thing, it started last week. Every like 10 - 20 minute i would have a lag spike/(diconnection for 1 minture). Then it would work again. I have Verizon DSL, 768 kbps and live in the los angelos area of california. I don't know what to do, but its really starting to piss me off.
I'm about to reformat and test my hypothesis of it being caused by my computer, but i don't think it is.
Any suggestion, i already tried cc cleaner.
