He is a guy named David Johnson.
That picture that he uses is a picture of my girlfriend. Her name is Tracy.
That picture was originally intended to be used on her neopets account,
but as soon as it was put on neopets, come fag came to CEF and made and account called Miniie.
This picture was the picture she was going to use.
My name is in it because she is my girlfriend.
The real miniie is on neopets,
and the miniie on CEF is a fake idiot.

Exactly, anyone can do that with MSpaint.
And someone just found a picture of Tracy on the internet and did a quick edit to try to make nerds like her.
