We already have those.
Brain = computer. A 6 terrabyte computer with an wicked processor. We even have better computers then brains out there. (We have faulthy memory retrieval, while a computer stores and gathers it flawless)
Some other organs we can replace are lungs and liver. But those devices are still to big right now. But we WOULD be able to build a giant robot though x)

To be honest for the first fully functioning artificial heart, I was surprised at how low the price was.

| Me too S3NSA, my first reaction when I read the title was that it will cost about 1m+, but when I saw the 192k price tag, then I got shocked to see how low the price is.

Yea me too, but at the time right now. People will be like it's a very good price to save a life, but their pockets are empty. =T
