| I would recommend you to uninstall AVG or w.e it is and install KAspersky (always, even after Foramts). |

Oh. I have zonealarm and Avira. |
use one, only one. at all times.
btw, i recommend zonealarm only if you are moderately good at computer. Kaspersky or NOD32 would do well if you are not proficent at the computerings _________________

| ZoneAlarm is good too, but yeah, 1 AV is recommended, 2 will get your computer stuck and much more. |

Yeah ZoneAlarm is all advanced and stuff but its one of the best ones up there. Keep one running so they wont fight keep ZoneAlarm. Also to remove that do it in safemode. Get into your computers safemode and do a scan from there. If your in safemode only Scan should work and nothing else it should find it and remove it safely dont trust normal mode because there's to much components and registries running and they prevent it from being deleted that's just how windows xp is cant do anything about it. _________________

| I would system restore your computer to sometime before you got the Trojan. Also I recommend you download AVG or Windows One Live Care. |

Ehh, I don't know what it does, but I just stopped it from starting up my computer (msconfig) and it doesn't show anymore, but I think it's still there. _________________
