How do i make a hack that will freeze and unfreeze somthing,

the addresses i find change every time and i dont know what to do after i find what this address write to

Look into basic debugging (and NOPing of opcodes). Also check out code-injection. Tutorials section my friend....

I suggest you do the Cheat Engine tutorial which comes with Cheat Engine.
It gives you all the answers.

thanks, but also how do i make a trainer taht wont produce a very bad icon?

You can specify what icon you wish in the trainer maker feature. You can choose from existing .ico files or make CE take the icon resource from an existing executable module Wink

Have you actually found the correct address to freeze?

You may want to look again at the pointer test tutorial where you looked at what was writing to a particular address. After finding it and adding it in CE it's pretty simple to do via the advanced options.
