My YouTube speed is like SOOOOOOOOOOOO slow. My plan is ADSL2+ thats like the fastest. Any help?

Changing modem wont help if you got that slow internet that you can't even play youtube without lag.

I would say hire a new/upgrade internet provider.

Or you can donate 1 billion dollars to google so they can buy more fast lines (10gbps)... and faster bigger servers.

or you can just change your internet browser to somethink faster (like opera or Apple safari) (i would rather recomend opera)

Different videos are likely hosted on different servers.

Occasionally one loads slow as fuck so I just try and find the same thing from another person and like magic, it loads fine.

YouTube usually lags when they are going through checks, updates, upgrades, beta testing on some features etc.
