So, what's up with rep?

It's always been 1 +/- rep per day, up until a few weeks ago. Then we could all do 1 + and 1 - per day. Now it's back to 1 +/- per day?

Last week I noticed it. I was going around -repping all the people in maple section and still +repping people in RS.
