go here
http://www.zybez.net/radio/
type in your name as box and copy and paste "the cake is a lie!" click on the mesage box hold in ctrl and tap v and enter at same time
first person to gets it gets 1 +rep
to reset your ip go to
network connections
then
click make a new connection on the side
a window will pop up click next
click connect to the internet then
hit next then
click set up maually hit next
click on connect to a broad band connection that reqires user and password
type in your real isp with no mistakes
type in your user name and password for your isp connect and your ip is changes to change your ip again disconnect it and reconnect it  enjoy this can change your ip preaty quickly
