If its a new boxed/retail mobo, then yes it will come with a backing plate. You can push out you're old one and fit the new one Wink

I am 14 years old and I have has this computer for 2 years and my old computer was 4 years old. You are a fucking idiot.

Anyways, so the motherboard will come with a plate I put at the back of the case. Because I examined it and I dont think I saw anything about that. Here is the link. Also im building my computer for the first time so I might be asking stupid questions >.<

Same thing on newegg...

http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131232

and they both come with a face plate...

Also, newegg is cheaper.

The Q6600 is almost equal to the Q6700...

When replacing the I/O back panel, always use tools where ever possible because those things are sharp and they will cut you.
