Hello, a friend who was banned requested that I ask if theirs any sort of program that he could run the logs any connection made to his pc?

I already suggest routers log connections made to a computer on the network but he's wondering if theirs a program of some sort.

Ok, second question I had this computer for about 6 - 7 years and I have overclocked my rig a bit and my CPU temperature is at 32C on idle. It used to be on 23C. I had it at first 2.66GHz now it's at a 4.03GHz is 32C on idle with 4.03GHz safe? it's a Pentium 4 model.

TCPview would be a good one... but it does not log it, just shows you what connections are happening.

Also, connections should not (usually) be made TO a computer unless it is running a server. If it is running a server (Apache/Webserver) then it usually already has a way of logging built in.

32C is cool... You shouldn't be worried.
