Hey,
I have a PSP and it has CFW.
Is there any software for the PSP to bypass a Networks password so I can access my neigbours internet?

Also what other main programs should i get for my psp?

No what I mean is when i go to ineternet browser on my psp, type in a site then it searches for a network.

There is a list of around 5 secure networks.
How do i bypass the password so I can acess the network wit out password.
Is it possible?

Impossible.

The protection is not part of the PSP, it's part of their routers.

It is possible to hack almost any wireless network with a laptop, so i cant see why it cant be done on a psp.
You have just got to find the right program

well wen im wif my cousin and i have my psp i just ask him the the wep keys and he gets them in 5 mins wif some hacking version on linux wif his little laptop lulz. Then i just type it in and there i go lawl
