Cheat Engine

Whenever I download RAR Files, it would appear as a .CT file. I'm annoyed with this, and would like it to be appearing as a .rar file. Can anyone tell me how do I do that?

PS. When I click on the .CT file (which is supposed to be .rar), Adobe Reader opens.

Right click the file and select properties.
Click change button.
A search for either Winrar, Winzip or 7-zip etc.
I prefer Winrar

You've associated it with Adobe Reader. Go to Open With and hit WinRar. Browse for it if you can't find it.

Right Click>Open With>Choose Default Program(or Choose Another Program)>Find WinRar, WinZip(or what ever you use)>Click on the little check that says always open with this program>Okay or Apply>DONE!
