Find out how process ID get assigned.
Or you can look up faking one.

i just start cracking a bot and i manage to set the pakage send toword my own com......but the problem is the pakage got a encrype code and the server decrype it and sending back......i wonder is the code make of the PID and the userid so i just ask how to change the pid......

Windows assigns a unique processid to each process when it is run. I don't believe you can do this at all while it is already up and running in memory. It may be possible to do it before it gets run, but I'm not sure what side-effects this could cause...
