Cheat Engine

MapleStory.

I want to start into animation, like for simple flash games, short films, cool signatures, and the like, and I have no idea where to start. Please don't say google, unless you tell me something specific to google. Tell me what I need, and any good tutorials would be appreciated. Also, since I have a budget of... not very much... please include prices if there are any. Free is my favorite.

Do I have flash? Like macromedia flash maker? Right now, I have nothing. If it's free I can get it, if it's not it'll take me a few days at least. No buy in store = no buy at all, I don't have a credit card or paypal or bank account.
EDIT: I tried macromedia flash a while back, and that can't be right. Like it took me forever to make a halfway decent animation, with no background, just simple things... like stick people... Movement was smooth, tho Razz

Use GIMP to create your pictures and then
Microsoft Flash Creator to do create a flash video content

And their both free

gimp may have a flash animator too.
