This website is hosted on my computer and I am using a free domain. Also CSS and DIVs are pain in the ass.

Terrible. Use % instead of pixels, if that's how you're determining the size of things.

I'm saying use % because it will keep a constant look to the whole thing, instead of being really small on some moniters and really big on others.
