Anyway, I disagree with your statement.
MAC > Windows, but most programs are based only on the Windows Operating Systems until now.
Now, even Microsoft has released office for the Mac. Also, Microsoft owns a bit of Apple. So I don't really understand why Apple is making all these "Mac vs. PC" ads. If it wasn't for Microsoft bailing them out, they wouldn't exist.

Lol. I know all the downsides to macs as I particularly hate them. I'll list some of the ones I didn't see.
1. It is widely recognized that they are not a computer company, but instead a great and revolutionary marketing company.
2. They lie. (MacBook Air for example, is not the thinnest notebook. Sony Vaoi 505 Extreme (I think that's the model #) was made in 2003 and is thinner))
3. THEY OVERHEAT. They have skyscrapers for coolers on their cpu's and they have coolers on their RAM. ON THEIR RAM! I know a friend who's sister had her Mac's hard drive melt. It literally melt.
4. They're not compatible with anything. I couldn't turn in a major assignment because Mac said that its crappy system couldn't open it (there's a downside to fitting a whole system into an iMac.)
5. They constantly crash. I've had more Macs crash on me than both of my Windows (my Vista hasn't crashed yet  ) and my Linux.
6. They... Take... Forever... TO BOOT AND LOAD. A girl in my class couldn't present because the iMac took 27 minutes to load. And what is with that fruity swirly rainbow?
7. They have a cult. They don't have fans. They have followers.
8. They're mean to everyone :[
I just don't like Macs. They killed me on the inside.

I mean come on Apple, you know something is wrong when you have coolers on your RAM and when your systems melt hard drives and motherboards. You'd think Apple would be able to read the clues instead of making more commercials.

You obviously don't know your facts.
Only reason why Windows is more popular than MAC OS is because of their entry into the market. They released Windows right after Apple released MAC OS and IBM basically screwed Apple over by making compatible programs for Windows.

The Apple II computer was amazing, Mac, a revolution interfacing modern life with the sophisticated concept of GUIs. Now, Apple is a failing company, Mac is a failing OS.

Mac is way more stable than Windows.
Apple isn't a failing company, if it was, then Microsoft would not exist.
Apple > Windows by means of concept and components.
Just like what Bill Gates said to Steve Jobs in "Pirates of the Silicon Valley:"

You also forget that Xerox had the first ever GUI. If Xerox didn't release their GUI to Apple, there would be no MAC or Windows.
There would be only be IBM.
