Is there a way/tool to permanently show the thumbnail at the taskbar you see when you hover your mouse over it? I would be really handy coz in games like WoW you have to walk alot and it would be better if I could browse the internet at the same time without running into mobs and edges all the time ^^

There is a way to turn off the animation windows when you hover your mouse over on the task bar. AS for turning leaving it on, IDK. :\

yes those ^^
I want them to show permanently. When you hover your mouse somewhere else they dissapear but I want it to stay so I can see what's going on.
You need to have Aero enabled to have them

All Vista except basic has that feature, I think.
To make that work, what you have to do is place the windows in the background instead of minimize it.
