I call this Gadget iShit, why does every single object has to be digital ? especially an uncomfortable pillow which warms you and some more crappy stuff... ?!
Instructions:
Plug it to your PC's USB
Put your head on it
and Listen to music it outputs and enjoy killing some of your brain cells(Radio output)

They already have something like this except you can use your iPod... and i have used it and it is good for long car trips/plane trips.
