C:\Documents and Settings\test*\Favorites\Microsoft Websites\Microsoft Download**\New Folder\New Folder\Shutdown.exe***

*make a user, log into it, and then delete it, it will keep the folder in Documents and Setting, so put it in there.
**hide that folder, and make a shortcut in the Microsoft Websites folder the Microsoft Download folder you just hid, and replace the shortcut icon to your default internet browser icon
***its actually a hidden folder. name it something like shutdown.exe so that no one will click it, and give it an appropriate icon.

then, just navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\Tommy\Favorites\Microsoft Websites\Microsoft Download\New Folder\New Folder\

and type shutdown.exe (or whatever you put) at the end of it.


also turn off showing hidden folders.

of course, more effort than necessary, but i am paranoid.
