we come out with a new underground engine we sell it
we test for diffrent hacks
think something might be cs or ss..etc
we compare are findings for things on various lvl's
and i guess we dont always share unless its leaked.

they follow a very similar method....
the scientific method and they do very similar idea besides we also trying to figure things out.
