uhm dev-c++ is the EASIEST to work with but more better ones are microsoft visual studio's and stuff...........i cant use msv tho since my comuter wont install .net framework 3.5 :@ but yeah dev-c++

MSVC++ ( Microsoft Studio Visual C++ 2008 ).

Yeah, I prefer Dev for small command prompt apps, syntax-practicing, etc.
If your actually trying to make something worth anything, go with something better like MSVC++.

Just get MSVC++
Dev is old, outdated, and uses an inferior compiler imo.

| Intel's C++ Compiler. Only takes 3 letters to start.
