It was proper answer for this kind of question. Especially on CEF these "Where do I start" type threads make up , I'd dare to say, at least more than 50% posts/threads so even if you are not searching you will see atleast a few of them, some have been answered in decent detail

Sorry if i didn't add any value to such meaningful thread, which certainly should be taken seriously
