All those languages are for webscripting; creating/building websites.
They don't really create programs. Well, javascript can.

I know this.

What I am asking is what is used to "code" these in.

I know notepad can be used for most... but I was wondering if there were actual programs that can be used.

Like take for example... I have Microsoft Office Frontpage, I can use this to code php/asp/js?

Yes, the technical term is "IDE" (Integrated Development Environment)
This means, coding/compiling all in one program.

However, you will hear them referred to as simply "compilers".
(You code in it, then compile your code)

There are different ones for different languages, you will be able to find free ones most likely, but the best ones cost money. Or you can *cough* come up on them for free. *cough*

Although, I don't really know how web-based languages work.
Also, try checking the stickies for one maybe.

Microsoft Visual Web Developer is (I Think) The official IDE for ASP.net.

IDE, Thanks thats all I really needed to know, I've seen stuff about IDE's but didn't pay much attention to them.

Thanks again~
