Is it a mmorpg p2p? or is it a one time payment? or does it come with a single player?

Pirate it.

Not because, HURP PIRATING.

Reason 1: You can only install it 3 times, before you have to rebuy it.
Reason 2: You can download any creature off the sporepedia anyway.
Reason 3: It's all singleplayer. The only multiplayer is downloading other creatures that players have made, (Which you can do from the sporepedia anyway).

So seriously, pirate it.

It's quite a nice game, but after beating it (well, getting to the space phase and getting a few ranks, since nothing really happens after that) and playing around a bit in the editors, you'll get bored of it.

Spore, been there, done that.

It's both single and multi player. I think it's more fun if you play single player though.
