is the local disk c drive my hard drive? cuz it says it can only hold 140 gb and my 2 hard drives hold 160gb ea

C drive isnt a hard . Its a partition on your hard disk

The right term for C:\, D:\, E:\ and so are are called volumes.
You can only see your physical disk and partitions in disk management.

As for the report size there are 2 types of calculations.
In that sample all size has to be multipled by 0.93.

So if you take 500x0.93=465GB
