Hey ppl...

Any1 knows what causes the speakers or the sound volume to go mute when opening web programs like youtube?

If yes it would be helpful to reply bec it just happened to me yesterday and i cant find the source. When i go on youtube and listen to songs the sound just doesnt come out...

Obvious one is mute.

Next one is volume control. Check on the lower right hand corner (Icons) and there should be a little speaker icon there. Double left click it and check that the master volume is up all the way.

Last resort is you change browsers if it is not working properly.

EDIT: I forgot to tell you. Check if the sound works at all. If it doesn't work, tell me.
