I prefer VMware, but I've used it a lot more than the others so I could be biased.

Doesn't Bootcamp only run on Mac platforms anyway? If so, you're comparing apples to oranges by having it in the list.

VirtualBox is an OpenSource alternative to VmWare

I always use VirtualBox to try out different Linux distros/ sometimes maplestory multi-boxing

VMWare all the way. Plenty of features and I've never had any problems VM'ing an OS or even a tool that runs from a bootable CD.

VirtualBox has almost all the same features as VMware, and is free...
