Well, this incident happened a short while ago, and I got malware/viruses onto my computer.
Coincidently, this rundll process popped up the same time the malware and viruses started coming.
At first, I wouldn't notice the rundll32 until it started spreading and destroying my software and memory, eventually deleting my whole system 32 folder. I tried to delete it manually when I reformatted and after I put in my usb drive to install winrar, hamachi, and add my favorites but it wouldn't go away and would just reappear when I searched for it.
Is this a virus of just something that was supposed to be there?
Also, after a few hours my regedit function and task manager function would be disabled by the administrator even though I am the only person using this computer.
Also, this is a ss after I deleted the pf's but it came back

I think it's supposed to be there.. weird.
For me it appeared only at moments when my laptop or my computer were running through problems..

RunDll is a vital system process whose name is usually used by malware to trick the user.
Get this.
Install, run a scan. Copy the logfile that appears in notepad [as log.txt or similar]
Go here. Paste it. Let it load. Scroll down and check what it has to say about certain registry keys. 'Fix' all those marked as 'bad'

Fix whatever is marked as 'bad'.
Unknown, do at your whim.
Reboot.
