Erm, the easiest way I can think of is to get the values of the clientsided addresses and just make an equation and draw up your own bars.
Easily done in C# for example, where you can just adjust the graphics width if hp is decreased or regained.

Sorry if this doesn't work in your game, didn't read the thread fully but yeah.. good luck. Rolling Eyes
